After my scathing review of the Rapid Fire Shotgun I wasn't about to let that front heavy piece of crap collect dust. It's been a while since I've done a big mod so I broke out the tools and began work on what ended up being one of my best performing blasters yet. This is the Doomsayer; there are plenty of guides on how to build one already so I won't go into mod guide mode on this but building it with what I had already was bit of a pain in the ass, but it paid off big time.

ERTL Rapid Fire Shotgun Review (3/10)

There is nothing more underwhelming than this.

Everybody loves a good pump action right? Practical, high rates of fire, and powerful. The Alpha Trooper and Rampage are probably the most refined examples of a pump action blaster on the market right now. So what happens when someone else tries to make one? ERTL who we already know for the god awful Pump Action Shotgun also made a bigger, more badass brother for the craptastic ball shooter we had rebuild from the ground up to love. This is the Rapid Fire Shotgun, twelve rounds of complete and utter front heavy failure.

Buzz Bee Berserker Review (6/10)

Man portable dinosaur hunting weapon.

Back in the mid to late 2000's Buzz Bee was nowhere near as we know them today. They never made high powered Sentinels and whatnot like they do now. They tried cramming shell ejection into every possible blaster they could think of, which of course never ended well. They didn't discover the concept of ergonomics yet, and the grips on their blasters were best suited for someone missing two of their fingers. Oh and of course there was the Tommy 20, pretty self explanatory at it's best. But even in the sea of shit they were producing for years on end, there were a few rare gems. One of those is the Berserker, a hybrid blaster that takes a high capacity revolver and a rocket launcher and fuses them into one. But how good was it exactly?

Lanard Big Salvo Review (6/10)

Hey what do you know, more slightly obscure off brand foam weapons to review! I got several more on the way and this is just one of them, actually the first Lanard blaster I've reviewed on here. Let's face it, air power is fun. It can shoot either really fast or really far and it could leak like a sieve too! No batteries required, just a little muscle and some epoxy. The Big Salvo is one of the few remaining air powered blasters on the market and it aims to meld speed and power together in one package. But does it really? Let's find out.
