"Hyperion" Phase 1

Phase 1 of the mod. Here I cut up the blaster and fix it up cosmetically before painting.

A standard bit works fine.

Several of the screws were either too tight into the blaster or stripped. I had no choice but to take a Dremel to several screws.

Its still in but the gun is now open.

Now gut and delock the thing, we'll get to internal mods in a later phase.

Dual spring mod previously done.(Longstrike+Stock spring)

Now make the main cut, this will give it a battle rifle look.

Glue the barrel to the back portion, this is because there is nothing to hold the barrel in place.

Fill the gaps with epoxy and either cut it flat with an XACTO or sand it down when it dries.

New muzzle break made from the attachment barrel and the front gun barrel.
